New features available in Version 12 shown at NAB 2012

Ultimate Redundancy
Fully redundant system with multiple layers: redundant OverDrive server, server sync roll, and new redundant switcher support. Use OverDrive to concurrently run two Vision switchers to achieve a system with zero single points of failure.

Vision Audio Modules and OverDrive Panel
Control audio using built-in audio modules available for the Vision switcher. Add custom control shot box controls that run OverDrive for a complete sideCar, without needing a second panel.

.5 MLE Switcher Support
Finally! Support has been added for .5 MLE switchers, with sizes greater than 2MLE. Build an OverDrive system based around a 2.5MLE Vision QMD to meet a budget, or add more power by using a 4.5MLE Octane.

New Interfaces
Ross Robitics, Ross Routers IPS Control Panel, RAP audio mixers: Logitek, Axia and Ovation.

New features available in Version 11

Server Sync Roll
Designate primary and backup channels for video servers, and have OverDrive clue and play clips on both. No external hardware required! Select which channel is active on the switcher using the new DeviceSwap menu.

Unicode and Chinese Language Support
All text can be entered in a language that you choose, clips and story text from the newsroom included. Traditional Chinese language is fully supported with other languages coming soon.

New Interfaces
CG Timing has added Deko, AMP protocol for K2 and SMS servers.

New features available in v10

GlobalView GUI
User personalities allow for the creation and recall of individual screen configurations, hotkey settings and button assignments.

NRCS CG Timing
Allows automated CG transitions using timing information from the NRCS. Currently supported with XPression, Inscriber and Chyron systems.

Timer Enhancements
User-defined triggers. Can be used to run a CC at a specified time. A very powerful and customizable feature.

CC Transitions
Use a custom control to advance the rundown (no GPI required!), allowing effects to run at the same time as a transition. Perfect for animated wipe transitions with a server.

Octane Support
Yes, you heard that correctly. With v10, OverDrive will be able to control up to 8MLEs on an Octane system. The perfect solution for managing complex on-set monitor configurations, with 2-4 MLEs in Floating Mode and the remaining in Fixed Mode, Master Templates can be built to perform multiple effects to multiple destinations at the same time. POWERFUL!

QuickTurn (OVD-QT-001)
Web content preparation and management – segmenting rundown shots from OverDrive ActiveX plug-in for posting to a web site or streaming to a mobile device.

New interfaces
SSL audio mixer, XPression CG MOS for ENPS and iNEWS and Harris Nexio MOS
