Ross Video and Talia Sound and Vision Pty Ltd. entered into a distribution agreement in 2002 wherein Ross Video would sell the Talia line of router products in North America. In late 2004, Talia was sold to Codan Broadcast Products Pty Ltd., and Ross Video and Codan continued the distribution agreement with Codan’s line of routers.

Ross Video’s distribution agreement with Codan Broadcast expired at the end of March 2007 and by prior mutual agreement Codan Broadcast will now assume all operations in North America as of April 1, 2007. Codan products can now be ordered directly through Codan Broadcast.

For technical support inquiries, Ross Video will continue to support existing customers until mid May when the Codan US office will be fully staffed and in a position to offer this service. To assist with the transition, Ross Video will work closely with Codan to ensure our clients continue to receive the high standards of customer service they have come to expect. In addition, all warranties for existing customer router products will be honored by Codan Broadcast.
