Scott Bowditch

Scott manages the Canadian Sales Team as well as all Ross accounts and distribution channels in Western Ontario (West of Bellville), Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC and the Territories. He began his career in the broadcast industry in 1990 having spent many years working for a System Integrator specializing in project management, inside sales and business development. Scott also owned and managed a Systems consulting company specializing in technology transitioning with a client list that encompassed national and local broadcasters in Canada. Scott joined Ross Video in 2003 and has been the Director of Sales – Canada since 2008.

Director of Sales - USA

Kyle Luther

Kyle Luther is the Director of Sales for USA. Kyle joined Ross Video in 2005, and in his current capacity manages the Ross sales team, overseas all business development and sales and marketing strategies for the United States. Kyle has over 20 years experience in the broadcast industry, starting his career in Television in 1987 at WGRZ-TV2/NBC in Buffalo, NY. Kyle has extensive channel and systems integration experience, and in addition to being Branch Manager for Univision's Video Systems, he founded a recording media distribution company in Boston, MA, and co-founded a systems integration company in Buffalo, New York. Kyle is a graduate of Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. A native of New York State, Kyle currently resides in Orchard Park, NY.

Pete Ross

Pete joined Ross Video in early 2010. As Key Accounts Manager for New York, Pete is responsible for the Networks, Cable Networks and the Network owned and operated Television station groups. Pete started his career in Television at WWLP in Springfield, MA as Master Control / Tape Room Operator before moving to Newscast Director /TD.

Since his time at WWLP, Pete has also worked in both a Demonstration Artist and Sales roles at Pinnacle Systems, SNNY, NVISION and lastly Miranda before joining Ross. Having worked in the television business his entire career, Pete uses his broadcast production knowledge every day.

Pete now lives in Manhattan, and If you don't see him in NYC you will probably find him in Vermont Skiing.

Jared Schatz

Jared graduated with a Master's of Arts in Economics degree and started in the broadcast industry in a Sales Management capacity with a variety of manufacturers, as well as with a Dealer / SI before joining Ross Video in 2005. Jared's extensive knowledge of Production Control technology, and previous Dealer and Systems Integrator experience has been a great fit for Ross Video.

Business Development - XPression - Americas

JB Morrison

JB Morrison is the Business Development Manager for XPression in the Americas. From Canada, to Argentina, he is responsible for the cultivation of new opportunities with Xpression in live and automated production environments. JB is also responsible for the creation and maintenance of relationships within the developer community to produce the growth of 3rd party software that utilizes XPression wherever the opportunity may arise.

Prior to this, JB was a member of the Demonstration and Training team with Ross for four years. He was responsible for the training on a number of platforms including Synergy, Vision, and Overdrive, as well as XPression. He has worked globally for Ross video, in Europe, Asia, and of course, North and South America.

Prior to his time at Ross, JB started his career in TV by running the teleprompter at KSNT in Topeka, KS. He worked every production position within the facility for the next few years, from Camera, to Technical Directing, the entire workflow was his playbook for becoming a trainer for Ross. JB also spent considerable time as a radio announcer, working almost a decade in radio broadcast.

Business Development - XPression - EAIME

Jim Siega

Jim Siega is responsible for Ross Video Business Development for XPression in Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East. Jim was born in Maniago, Italy but grew up in Vancouver, Canada where he began his career in broadcast in 1985 as Manager of Video Services for BC Place Stadium. Jim began in graphics in 1991 as Graphics Operator at BCTV in Vancouver, and later moved into the position of Technical Director Computer Graphics for BCTV/Global. In 2003 he left Global and moved back to Maniago, Italy where he began working as a freelance graphics consultant in Europe before joining Ross Video in 2010 as an XPression Demonstration Artist and Trainer. Jim studied Broadcast Technology at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and in his spare time enjoys cycling, skiing and woodworking.

Steve Romain

Steve Romain is the Director Global Sports Marketing and Business Development. During his tenure at Ross Video Steve has held numerous positions in Sales and Marketing in North America, giving him insight to Ross' customers' needs. He specializes in building profitability for customers in the arena and stadium marketplaces through innovative use of Ross Products. Prior to Ross Video, Steve managed a leading system integration company. Steve attended Carleton University and Algonquin College in Ottawa, Canada, and is currently a member of SMPTE, Sports Video Group and I.D.E.A. Steve looks forward to providing a superior customer experience to current and future Ross clients.

Business Development - Latin America

Ferando Paulino

Fernando is responsible for all business development in Latin America. A veteran in the industry, he has over 40 years experience beginning his career in 1965 at Central Dynamics in Montreal with John Ross, Founder of Ross Video. Fernando joined Ross Video in 1975 until 1992 and decided to take a position with another manufacturer before returning to Ross in 2001 as International Sales Manager for Latin America.
