Executive Vice-President, Sales & Marketing

Jeff Moore

Jeff Moore is Executive Vice President of Ross Video, a global leader in live production solutions for broadcast, sports, worship, and corporate facilities. Moore is responsible for strategic vision and day-to-day leadership of the company.

Moore joined Ross Video in 1997 and has previously held positions as Vice President of Marketing and Sales, and Director of Marketing and Sales. He has over 20 years experience in the broadcast and production industries. Moore has demonstrated outstanding leadership and has achieved many accomplishments in developing and implementing key business strategies at Ross. He has broad industry experience and is highly knowledgeable in all Ross product lines. Moore has helped to build the Ross Video team that has forged many new corporate relationships with customers and business partners, dramatically expanding Ross' market share worldwide.

Moore began his career in broadcast with CHUM Television in the engineering group assisting the Manager of Engineering with the complete redesign and move of the Citytv and MuchMusic facilities. Before joining Ross Video, he spent fourteen years in Toronto where he also worked for Azcar Technologies, managing broadcast design and installation projects; Sony as a Broadcast Account Manager, Broadcast Television Systems as Regional Sales Manager; Acura Technology Group as Regional Sales Manager; and Tektronix VND (Grass Valley Group) as Canadian National Business Manager.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa and also graduated with honors from the Broadcast Electronics Technology program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Moore was raised in Canada's north, Whitehorse, Yukon, in an infamous area known as "Whiskey Flats". He enjoys cooking, canoeing & kayaking, reading and spending time with his family.

Vice-President of Worldwide Sales

Darren Budrow

Darren Budrow is the Vice President of World Wide Sales for Ross Video. Darren has over 15 years of professional experience in the broadcast industry having held several positions which include Director of Sales, Technical Sales, Assistant Product Manager, Key Accounts Manager and Sales Manager. Darren began his career at Ross Video in 1995 as Technical Sales and then mentored with founder, John Ross as his Assistant Product Manager before becoming the Key Account Sales Manager for NYC Networks.

Darren has also held the position of Toronto Broadcast Sales Manager for a major Dealer / SI in Canada, Acura Technology Group Inc.

Darren graduated with honours from SAIT's 2 year BXT program. He was raised in Winnipeg and in his spare time he enjoys golfing and skiing. Budrow is married and has 2 children.

Director of Sales - Canada

Scott Bowditch

Scott manages the Canadian Sales Team as well as all Ross accounts and distribution channels in Western Ontario (West of Bellville), Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC and the Territories. He began his career in the broadcast industry in 1990 having spent many years working for a System Integrator specializing in project management, inside sales and business development. Scott also owned and managed a Systems consulting company specializing in technology transitioning with a client list that encompassed national and local broadcasters in Canada. Scott joined Ross Video in 2003 and has been the Director of Sales – Canada since 2008.

Director of Sales - USA

Kyle Luther

Kyle Luther is the Director of Sales for USA. Kyle joined Ross Video in 2005, and in his current capacity manages the Ross sales team, oversees all business development and sales and marketing strategies for the United States. Kyle has over 20 years experience in the broadcast industry, starting his career in Television in 1987 at WGRZ-TV2/NBC in Buffalo, NY. Kyle has extensive channel and systems integration experience, and in addition to being Branch Manager for Univision's Video Systems, he founded a recording media distribution company in Boston, MA, and co-founded a systems integration company in Buffalo, New York. Kyle is a graduate of Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. A native of New York State, Kyle currently resides in Orchard Park, NY.

Director of Sales - South and Latin America

Juan Carlos Ortolan

Juan is the Director of Sales for Latin America. He joined Ross in 2010 and in his current capacity manages the Ross sales team and overseas all sales and marketing for Latin America. Juan has over 33 years experience in Television Broadcast, 14 of those years internationally. Prior to Ross, Juan worked for Barco Communication Systems, ADC, Leitch, Miranda, NVision and Sony in various management positions. He is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and Italian.

Director of Sales - Europe

David Dowling

David Dowling is the Director of Sales for Europe. David joined Ross Video in 2011, and in his current capacity manages the Ross sales team, oversees all business development and sales and marketing strategies for the European Team. David has over fifteen years' experience in the broadcast industry with extensive channel and manufacturer experience, working in various roles including Sales Directorships, Channel Management and Business Development. Director of Sales - MEAI

Sharon Quigley

Sharon is responsible for managing the Marketing and Sales initiatives for Africa, India, and the Middle East. She is responsible for developing business within MEAI by establishing and maintaining relationships with key business partners and clients and optimizing Ross' presence within the MEAI.

Director of Sales - Asia / Australia / NZ / Pacific

Dae Choe

Dae is responsible for managing all Marketing and Sales initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. He also directs Ross Regional Sales Managers in South East Asia and China. He has over two decades of business development experience in both domestic and international broadcast technology markets. Dae joined Ross in 2007, and prior was Director of Product Marketing for Avid/Pinnacle Broadcast Asia Pacific, and Business Development Manager (Pinnacle Video Servers) Asia Pacific region based in Singapore. Prior to working in Asia, he was based in Pinnacle's California headquarters. He has also held sales management positions with Sony USA, and Philips/Alamar USA. Dae is keen to share his knowledge and advice with the live production industry.
