Ross Acquires Rights to Market Codan Routers Worldwide

Iroquois, ON, Canada – March 29, 2005 – Ross Video and Codan Broadcast today announced an agreement giving Ross Video rights to market Codan Broadcast’s extensive line of routing products worldwide.

“We are very pleased with our new relationship with Codan Broadcast. It’s a perfect combination of their excellent routing products and our worldwide customer base,” said David Ross, President of Ross Video. “We’re also excited about the imminent launch of the new NK-64 compact, cost effective routing system in April at NAB.”

Codan Limited is a leader in supplying sophisticated remote area communications equipment and has recently announced the launch of Codan Broadcast. The new company recently acquired the assets of Talia Sound and Vision. Through this latest acquisition Codan Broadcast now owns a comprehensive routing switcher line-up.
