David Ross Appointed President

IROQUOIS, ONTARIO - November 1, 2003. The Ross Video Limited Board of Directors today announced the appointment of David Ross as President. David will immediately assume overall responsibility for Ross Video.

"David has earned this position," said John Ross, Chairman of the Board, "as our Executive Vice President and Director of Product Development, David has played a major role in the direction, and day to day management of Ross Video. His management of our product development groups has resulted in many exciting and award winning products."

John Ross will stay on in the capacity of Executive Vice-President with responsibilities for manufacturing, finance, human resources and IT functions in addition to his role as Chairman.

Ross Video manufactures industry leading Analog & Digital Production Switchers, Routers, DVEs, Keyers, Distribution Amplifiers, A-D and D-A converters. Ross is based in Iroquois, Ontario, Canada.
