Dolphins Stadium Flips Over Synergy MD-X

Iroquois, ON, Canada – May 13, 2005 – Ross Video today announced Dolphins Stadium has invested in a Synergy 3 MD-X Digital Production Switcher. The stadium is revamping their control room to be HD ready.

“We initially bought a Ross switcher in 1987 and they have always had excellent service and support. In planning the revamp of the stadium control room we were very pleased and excited with the new feature set of the Synergy 3 MD-X.” said Chad Messina, Director of Scoreboard Operations, Dolphins Stadium. “The switcher will be an integral component in making our facility completely HD.”

The Synergy MD/MD-X series of multi-definition production switchers are a popular choice for sports stadiums. This line of switchers support all popular SD and HD video formats making a transition from standard to high definition production easy. Synergy MD/MD-X is based on the latest technology in both hardware and software and offers a comprehensive live production feature set.

The switcher will make its debut in the middle of the Florida Marlins season this summer.
