Grand Rapids Students Get Synergy Switcher
GRAND RAPIDS, MI - Grand Rapids Community College has recently purchased a Ross Video Synergy 1 Digital Production Switcher for their student-run live broadcasts.
"Ease-of-operation and value were key factors in their decision to buy Ross," says Ross' Dealer John Young, Duncan Video. "Grand Rapids Community College looked at switchers from other manufacturers, but decided that a Ross Video switcher would be the best choice. By choosing a Synergy 1 they got more for their money. The transition from their old Sony to a new Ross Video switcher was extremely easy."
The Synergy 1 included Dual Border Generators, Squeeze & Tease DVE, Editor Interface, and Dual Channel Aspectizers for simultaneous 4:3 and 16:9 production.
Ross Video manufactures industry leading Analog & Digital Production Switchers, Routers, DVEs, Keyers, Distribution Amplifiers, A-D and D-A converters. Ross is based in Iroquois, Ontario, Canada.
