Iroquois, ON, Canada – January 09, 2007 – Ross Video announced today Secretaria de Educación Pública (SEP) in Mexico City has invested in two Ross Synergy 1 Multi-Definition (MD) Production Switchers, Synergy 1.5 MD, Synergy 100 MD, and Synergy 100 Standard Definition (SD). SEP will be using the switchers primarily for educational and cultural programming.

SEP broadcasts to 30,000 down links within Mexico and an additional 300 down links outside the country including Argentina and the U.S. The programming incorporates a classroom learning environment for viewers. SEP is a government sponsored organization connected with Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) and Canal 11 (ONCE), and the Instituto Politecnico Nacional.
