Serial MD-SDI Reclocking Amplifier
Our Best SDI distribution amplifier for all types of Standard and High-Definition SDI signals.
The SRA-8201 is a Multi-Definition SDI distribution amplifier, capable of equalizing and reclocking all common serial digital signals. With support for both standard-definition and high-definition signals, the SRA-8201 is the ideal universal SDI distribution amplifier.
The SRA-8201 equalizes the incoming SDI signal, compensating for up to 300m of cable at 270Mb/s and up to 100m of cable at 1.485Gb/s. The signal is then reclocked, with automatic rate detection for all popular data rates. The unit’s 8 SDI outputs faithfully reproduce the incoming signal, with excellent jitter and return loss specifications.
LED indicators at the front of the module identify the presence of incoming video, and the identified signal data rate.
The SRA-8201 is housed in our DFR-8310 series frames.
