Our standard warranties, long by industry standards protect your investment and ensure you are covered should there be a problem during the initial ownership period.

Production Switchers
Ross switchers are backed by a comprehensive three year warranty, with the exception of fader assemblies which are guaranteed for the life of the product. Our warranty stays with the product and is transferable to subsequent owners should you decide to sell your unit. We also offer extended warranties on our production switcher line, that allow you to extend the standard 3 year warranty by one year increments.

GearLite Compact Terminal Equipment
Ross GearLite compact terminal equipment are backed by a comprehensive 3 year warranty. Our warranty stays with the product and is transferable to subsequent owners should you decide to sell your unit.
