Nielsen Watermarks Exchange Program
To arrange an exchange of qualifying non-Nielsen Watermarks compliant encoders for new ones, please fill out the following form. If you would like a more personalized service, you can contact your Region Sales Manager directly.
Units that qualify for exchange:
a. Any NAVE units
b. Select NAVEII units - Serial numbers below 21100
If none of your encoders meet the above criteria, or you have a NAVEII-C, your units are software upgradeable. Stay tuned to Nielsen Client Communications and they will provide instructions in the coming weeks regarding software upgrades for those units.
