Choice of Configurations
Vision QMD/X is available in 3 configurations to meet both the needs of your production and pocket book.

		Vision QMD/X Multi-Definition is the full blown model with both Multi-Definition and 4 keyers in every MLE. (Program/Preset MLEs can be expanded to 6 DSKs and AuxKeys™ can also be added to further expand keying power.)
		Vision QMD/X Multi-Definition – 2 Keyer Version is a Multi-Definition system that provides traditional 2 Keyer MLEs. (Program/Preset can be expanded to 4 DSKs and AuxKeys™ can also be added to further expand keying power.)
		Vision QMD/X Standard Definition has all of the features and functionality of 4 Keyer Vision QMD but with out High Definition capability. High Definition formats can be added in the future as a software option.

Multi-Definition Support
Vision is engineered with a future-proof Multi-Definition architecture providing support for all popular SD and HD formats out of the box. With Ross SmartConversion™, it is easy to seamlessly mix SD and HD sources simultaneously and automatically.

Powerful Feature Set
The 8 RU QMD-X chassis offers up to 96 inputs, 48 outputs, and 4 MLEs. The ultra-compact 3 RU QMD chassis provides 48 inputs, 16 outputs, and up to 4 MLEs. As your production needs evolve, we offer an easy after-sale migration path from a QMD chassis to a QMD-X chassis.

Each MLE can be equipped with 4 + keyers, up to two UltraChrome high-end Chroma Keyers, 4 channels of animation playout, proc amps, RGB color correctors, and much more. With this much power, virtually any production effect you can imagine is possible.

Our optional Squeeze & Tease MD DVEs can be loaded up and shared across MLE pairs with up to 8 channels of 3D planar transform with 2 Warp Engines available inside the QMD chassis and 16 channels of 3D planar transform and 4 Warp Engines available in the QMD-X.

All installed animation playout channels, including the three additional global channels, are safely loaded and backed up on the system hard drive protecting your production from unexpected power failures. Making for efficient workflow, your animations and stills can be quickly transferred to and from the switcher over your network.

Vision makes for an impressive centerpiece to any facility through the use of theme-able panel glow technology that illuminates every button in glorious 30-bit color.
