Team transforms Mirage Hotel into Vegas’ Famed Fremont Street Experience 

Wednesday, June 21, 2017[Las Vegas, Nevada, USA] – At this week’s PromaxBDA Station Summit, Ross Video’s Creative Services team, Rocket Surgery, together with FX Design Group and Mo-Sys have recreated Las Vegas’ famed pedestrian mall and attraction, the Fremont Street Experience, within the Mirage Hotel through the magic of Dynamic Augmented Reality. The Fremont Street Experience demonstration pairs Ross Video’s powerful XPression render engine, Furio robotics, and ACIDcam cameras together with Mo-Sys’ StarTracker camera tracking technology.

Commenting on the Dynamic Augmented Reality demonstration, Jim Doyle, Mission Commander and Director of Creative Services for Rocket Surgery, a Ross Creative Services division, stated:

FX Design Group with its motion design division, Giant Octopus, developed the design content for this demonstration, premiering in the Ross Video and FX Design Group located on the PromaxBDA Station Summit main concourse.
