Variety of Control Options – DashBoard, Carbonite Switcher, or Existing Systems

Carbonite Control

In customary Ross fashion, PIVOTCam can be operated by the DashBoard Control System. Operate PIVOTCam through DashBoard software panels, which offer presets and recall of shots. For manual-on-the-fly control, utilize the joystick on the world’s most popular mid-sized switcher – Carbonite. This unique Ross-setup greatly reduces the need for costly physical accessories.

With existing production systems, PIVOTCam comes equipped with standard VISCA protocols (RS-232C/RS-485). This provides flexibility when integrating PIVOTCam into systems already in place.

Advanced HD CMOS Sensor
At the heart of PIVOTCam is a 1/1.8 inch Advanced HD CMOS Sensor. This sensor offers 3G 1080P (50 or 59.94) signals, as well as 720P and 1080i. Another key feature of this sensor is it’s ultra-low signal to noise (74dB), which when paired with its high sensitivity, makes PIVOT an absolutely ideal camera for the common low-light conditions of assembly, auditorium, and theater productions.

Power Consumption
PIVOT consumes minimal power, with an input voltage of 12V DC (50-60 HZ) and a current consumption of 2 A max.

Easy to Mount
Pivot is a lightweight camera for creative positioning in all sorts of productions. A sleek design makes it an unobtrusive addition to production spaces, and it operates near-silently, so no worries about causing distraction by the placement of the cameras.
