Executive Vice-President & Chief Marketing Officer
Jeff Moore is the Executive Vice-President & Chief Marketing Officer of Ross Video, a global leader in live production solutions for broadcast, sports, worship, and corporate facilities. Moore is responsible for strategic vision and day-to-day leadership of the company.
Moore joined Ross Video in 1997 and has previously held positions as Vice President of Marketing and Sales, and Director of Marketing and Sales. He has over 20 years experience in the broadcast and production industries. Moore has demonstrated outstanding leadership and has achieved many accomplishments in developing and implementing key business strategies at Ross. He has broad industry experience and is highly knowledgeable in all Ross product lines. Moore has helped to build the Ross Video team that has forged many new corporate relationships with customers and business partners, dramatically expanding Ross’ market share worldwide.
Moore began his career in broadcast with CHUM Television in the engineering group assisting the Manager of Engineering with the complete redesign and move of the Citytv and MuchMusic facilities. Before joining Ross Video, he spent fourteen years in Toronto where he also worked for Azcar Technologies, managing broadcast design and installation projects; Sony as a Broadcast Account Manager, Broadcast Television Systems as Regional Sales Manager; Acura Technology Group as Regional Sales Manager; and Tektronix VND (Grass Valley Group) as Canadian National Business Manager.
He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa and also graduated with honors from the Broadcast Electronics Technology program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Moore was raised in Canada’s north, Whitehorse, Yukon, in an infamous area known as “Whiskey Flats”. He enjoys cooking, canoeing & kayaking, reading and spending time with his family.
Vice President of Sales – USA & Canada
Jared Schatz is Vice President of Sales, for US and Canada. Jared spends most of his time with the US and Canadian sales teams translating our innovative technology into valuable solutions with our channel partners and customers. Jared joined Ross Video in 2005 and has been a key participant in the company’s dramatic growth in the US in various market spaces including Sports, Television News production. Jared has over 15 years of experience in the broadcast technology industry. He began his career with ParkerVision in Jacksonville Florida–a company which brought production automation to TV stations for Newscast productions. Prior to joining Ross, Jared also worked in systems integration with Duncan Video as well as Pinnacle Systems, which at the time was an innovator in live graphics. He has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University. Jared grew up with loving hippie parents that managed to live in Chicago, Iowa, and California prior to settling down in northern Illinois. Jared now resides in Roswell, Georgia with his wonderful family which includes three energetic children who all share a love for animals and dirt.
Director of Sales – USA (Key Accounts)
Pete is the Director of Sales for the USA (Key Accounts). He joined Ross Video in early 2010 as Key Accounts Manager for New York, where he was responsible for the Networks, Cable Networks and the Network owned and operated Television station groups. Pete started his career in Television at WWLP in Springfield, MA as Master Control / Tape Room Operator before moving to Newscast Director /TD.
Since his time at WWLP,Pete has also worked in both a Demonstration Artist and Sales role at Pinnacle Systems, SNNY, NVISION and lastly Miranda before joining Ross. Havingworked in the television business his entire career, Pete uses his broadcast production knowledge every day.
Pete now lives in Manhattan, and If you don’t see him in NYC you will probably find him in Vermont Skiing.
Director of Sales – EMEA
Oscar Juste is the Director of Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Oscar joined Ross Video in 2016, and in his current capacity manages the sales and marketing team and oversees the strategy of the company in EMEA. Oscar has over fifteen years of experience in the production technology sector with extensive channel experience, working in various roles including Sales Account Management and Sales Directorships. Oscar holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Wine. Oscar currently lives in Valencia, Spain and is based at Ross Video’s EMEA HQ in the UK.
Director of Sales – Canada
Julian Fraser is the Director of Sales for Canada. Julian is responsible for sales, client support and dealer distribution channels in the region of Manitoba through British Columbia (and all points in between).
A native of London England, Julian’s passion for technology comes from a unique blend of hand-on experience, and technical aptitude and training gained from over 20 years’ experience in the media and entertainment industry. He started his career in Toronto and southwestern Ontario after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at the University of Windsor. After moving to Calgary in late 1990’s, Julian joined Applied Electronics where he served for 14 years in Audio Visual Systems and Broadcast Technology Sales roles, including 7 years as Western RegionalManager. Julian is also a long serving member of the game-day Broadcast crew for the Calgary Flames, and also a freelance camera operator covering professional sports events in the local market and the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. Among Julian’s other interests are travelling and aviation, and in the quiet moments enjoys time at home with his family in Calgary.
Director of Sales – South & Latin America
Jason is the Director of Sales for Latin America. Jason joined Ross Video in 2012 as Regional Manager for Mexico and Caribbean, and played a key role in the region’s growth. Based in Mexico today, Jason oversees Sales and Marketing initiatives for the Latin American region.
Jason has worked in the Broadcast industry for over 15 years, starting his career in Montreal with Miranda Technologies. After 15 years of helping broadcasters migrate from analog, SD and then to HD, Jason now looks forward to working with Ross customers towards the future – whether it be 4K or IP roadmap.
Jason is currently based in Queretaro, Mexico with his family, where they enjoy the good weather and beautiful countryside of Mexico’s interior.
Director of Sales – Asia
Andrew first joined Ross Video in 2007 as a Regional Sales Manager, and after short stint away from us in late 2008, he became part of our “Boomerang Club” when he returned to Ross Video in late 2009. In his current capacity, Andrew heads the APAC region. Andrew has over fifteen years of experience in the Broadcast industry, working in various roles including Sales Management as a Business Partner for Pinnacle Systems, Product Marketing during his time with Pinnacle Systems and Avid Technology, and was General Manager for Asia with Kramer Electronics. Andrew holds an honour’s degree in Business Administration with double majors in Management and Marketing. Andrew currently lives in Singapore and is based at Ross Video’s APAC HQ in Singapore.
Director of Sales – Oceania
Amanda manages Direct and Channel Sales for the Oceanic territories, which includes Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.
Her first exposure to Ross Video came in 2007 representing Ross Video through Techtel, a distributor for the Australian market. During her tenure with Techtel, she also spearheaded the presales aspect of the business for ENPS, Orad, Cisco and eventually joined Ross Video in 2011. Amanda holds a strong technical, operational, and systems background on multiple broadcast platforms and looks forward to sharing the next generation of video production solutions with the market.
She graduated from University of Western Sydney – Australia.
Director of Sales Operations
Sheldon is the Director of Sales Operations, responsible for supporting the our Sales Organization in delivering the Ross Superior Customer Experience. He is also the Business Development Manager for Software Maintenance and Extended Warranties, directing the Global sales and marketing initiatives for the RossCare Software Maintenance and Extended Warranty programs.
Sheldon has over 17 years of Business Development experience in the software industry, and was most recently Vice President of Business Affairs with Knight Enterprises, a Canadian independent television production company. While at Knight, he led the global sales effort for the company’s programming catalogue, managed its legal affairs , developed the company’s I.T. infrastructure and was responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business.
An avid ice hockey player, Sheldon is a graduate of Carleton University, and lives in Ottawa with his wife and two sons.
