The XPression Log Collector Tool

When problems come up, the best thing to do is gather all the available information before attempting to solve the problem. Ross Video feels the same way, and the XPression team is here to help. We have created a new tool for collecting XPression logs from each computer that is running any XPression software on it. Using this tool, it is possible to automatically gather all the logs and upload them directly to our servers for our technical support team to review them with you. This is helpful for finding pesky mistakes in a script you may have created or troubleshooting system problems. Either way, this is a big help!
