Thursday, December 15th 2016 [Ottawa, Ontario, Canada] – Ross Video is pleased to announce that News12 Traffic & Weather has chosen XPression Tick-it for a technology upgrade for the lower third “InfoBar” branding on its five hyper-local channels serving the New York Tri-state area. The Tick-it system is combined with the XPression graphics engine for real-time graphics rendering.
