Jake is based in Australia and has over 15 years experience in broadcast, live events and sports presentation. His career began in 2003 when high school work experience at a TV station lead to him becoming a regular contributor to a local sports show. Jake went on to work in production, technical and design roles on everything from music festivals and corporate events to stadium production and live TV coverage.
Jake has operated nightclub lighting, designed stage sets, built motion graphics, operated vision switches, produced, directed and laid 1000s of meters of cable. He was once even seen behind an audio console. Combining his skills Jake found his calling in sports stadium production, specializing in content systems and in-venue graphics. Jake joined the Ross Video team in 2019 after working closely with Ross products and solutions for many years.
An Aussie Rules Football fan and passionate Port Adelaide supporter Jake’s first gig in sport was at 6 years old helping to run the old analog scoreboard at local footy games.
