2011 Carbonite World Tour

Iroquois, ON, Canada – May 16th, 2011 – After the successful launch of Carbonite, Ross’ new mid-size production switchers at NAB 2011, Ross Video will put the show on the road with a Carbonite World Tour.

The new Carbonite series attracted a large crowd at NAB, earning two prestigious best of show awards from TV Technology and Broadcast Engineering magazines. “Show visitors were really impressed with the power and cost effectiveness of Carbonite,” stated Nigel Spratling – Switcher Business Development Manager at Ross Video. “Not everyone can get to NAB and so we have decided to put together a World Tour to introduce Carbonite and Ross Video globally.”

The tour will commence in May 2011 and will visit over 30 cities worldwide. Tour venues will be published on the Ross Video website, together with sign up information for those wishing to attend.

“Nothing beats seeing a product ‘in the flesh’ and this road show enables many more people to see Carbonite on their home turf,” continued Nigel. “Les OReilly and I have divided the world up between the two of us, and together with our local channel partners and Ross Video regional sales managers and staff, we shall be giving 1 and 2 day seminars on this great new product line as well as introducing the Ross Video product portfolio in regions where the company is less well known.”
