Ross Video Expands openGear® Platform

Iroquois, ON, Canada – August 13, 2009 – Ross Video is pleased to announce the addition of Developers to the openGear® signal processing platform.

With the expansion of openGear® in the marketplace, Ross has been approached by numerous 3rd party development organizations wanting to contribute to the openGear® platform. “openGear® Developers will be certified to design products for existing openGear® partners and customers,” said Eric Goodmurphy, Marketing Product Manager, openGear®. “They will not actively sell into the marketplace but develop the solutions not yet available within the platform. These partnerships solidify that the openGear® platform has truly become the industry standard.”
