Ross Video Launches UX Design

New augmented reality and virtual set design department will expand third-party partner relationships

Sunday April 6, 2014 [Las Vegas, Nevada, USA] – Today, Ross Video announced that it is launching UX Design, a unique Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Set (VS) design department, as part of its acquisition of Unreel LLC, the leading AR and VS solutions provider. UX Design is being launched in cooperation with a number of key industry partners, and Ross Video is excited to be demonstrating its AR/VS solutions in the Ultimatte and ProCyc booths at NAB this year. Ross Video also announced that it is entering into a reseller partnership with General Lift for jib encoders.

UX Design“At Ross, we understand that the key to customer success with AR and VS is the integration of design and technology,” says Dave Larson, General Manager of Ross Video AR/VS solutions. “To help customers integrate AR and VS into existing and new studios, Ross Video AR/VS will focus on delivering complete and comprehensive solutions that incorporate best-in-class products from Ross Video and other complementary third-party service providers.
