Delhi NCR, India — 5 December 2025 — Ross Video, a global leader in live video production technology, today announced the expansion and restructuring of its South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) commercial and technical teams to deliver greater clarity, stronger customer engagement, and enhanced support across the region.
The new structure addresses growing market demand and provides a clear framework for customer coverage as Ross Video continues to scale its presence. This update ensures streamlined communication, faster engagement, and dedicated support as opportunities transition to the newly expanded team.
Bhaskar Majumdar, General Manager for SAARC, will continue to lead the region’s strategic direction and operations.
Kunal Verma, who has spent the past three years successfully driving sales across the region, will now move into the key role of Strategic Account Manager. He will focus on managing strategic accounts in SAARC for all major opportunities, and grow Ross Video’s engagement and business with these accounts.
To reinforce customer coverage and improve responsiveness, Ross Video has appointed two new Regional Sales Managers (RSMs):
To meet increasing demand for technical guidance and modernisation support, Ross Video has strengthened its pre-sales organisation in SAARC.
Rama Krishna has been promoted to Manager, Technical Solutions, where he will lead the regional pre-sales team and oversee the expansion of technical coverage. Under his leadership, Ross Video will continue to grow the Solution Architect function in 2026.
Ross Video is further expanding its customer services team in SAARC to reinforce the company’s ongoing commitment to support and deliver a superior customer experience across the region. As part of this enhancement, Shajan Jacob has recently joined the team as Senior Technical Commissioning Specialist, bringing additional depth to our services capabilities and supporting customers across key projects and deployments.
These investments enable customers to access deeper technical expertise, streamlined solution design, and more consistent technical engagement throughout project discovery and implementation.
