NRG also works with Dashboard SW panels, Ross RCP’s, and 3rd Party control systems so you can easily integrate it into your existing workflow.
No, NRG supports UHD native signals standard as well as ASI so that you don’t need to change your setup.
Embedded audio will pass with the Video signals. However, there is no breakaway audio routing or discrete audio inputs. NRG is positioned as a high quality, high performance utility video router. For customers needing advanced audio capability please have them consider Ultrix.
Simplicity and cost. Being built in means requiring less physical outputs thus lowering the size of the router required. This also means less cables and external boxes simplifying systems. As a SW license it is easy and offers a completely unique feature for products in this space.
Yes. NRG is a great compliment to Ultrix for routing ASI signals or for sub-routing SDI signals. It is set up as another level in the Database and then is under the full control system.
