SECTION 1
Introduction
Delivering high-impact content to both in-person and remote audiences is a crucial capability for any company — particularly when hosting important corporate events, such as an annual keynote.
The Ross Video Keynote at NAB Show is more than just a product showcase. It’s a statement of innovation and vision eagerly awaited by many in the industry. As a broadcast technology company, there is a lot of scrutiny on the production, and the expectation to deliver a flawless broadcast.
The Challenge
The challenge was to create a stunning, immersive experience for a discerning in-person audience while delivering a high-quality live stream to global partners and clients.
Ross needed a partner who could extend their in-house broadcast expertise with world-class AV production support – one who spoke the same language of real-time, scalable solutions and visual storytelling.
To bring that vision to life, Ross has found a long-standing creative and technical ally in LMG, a division of Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP), and an AV technology powerhouse with a passion for storytelling.
On the video system side, we use extensively Ross products in all of our flypacks.

The Solution
Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with additional offices in San Jose, Nashville, Las Vegas, Columbia, Lititz, and London.
LMG’s relationship with Ross began in the early 2000s, when they replaced their aging fleet of Pinnacle switchers with Ross Vision systems — a major step toward building their “truck-in-a-box” flypack solutions.
Today, Ross Carbonite and Ultrix-Acuity systems form the backbone of LMG’s live event flight packs, and the next generation of their flight kits will be based on Ross Video’s Ultrix-Carbonite hyperconverged platform.
For more than seven years, LMG has supported Ross Video at NAB Show, with Executive VP of Systems Innovation Sean Borowski serving as Broadcast Director for the keynote. And the 2024 edition was a masterclass in integrated production.
Rocket Surgery, Ross Video’s creative services division, created the digital content and Augmented Reality elements that shaped the keynote narrative. It was at a previous keynote that LMG fully embraced XPression in their content workflow — a decision that has since transformed their approach for all other productions.
From broadcast-quality visuals to stage lighting and spatial audio design, LMG expanded Ross Video’s production capacity, giving the keynote the technical elegance it deserved.
Ross has amazing and talented people. The relationships, expertise, and support are the greatest value Ross regularly delivers. They are knowledgeable in system design, deliver robust and capable solutions — and quick and effective support.

The Impact
The collaboration was a resounding success. Ross Video’s NAB Show keynote drew thousands of online viewers and generated substantial buzz around Ross’s newest offerings.
The in-person experience delivered a premium production that exceeded the expectations of the live audience. The use of Furio Robotics and XPression Tessera enabled rich visuals and immersive transitions, delivering a storytelling impact that would be impossible with traditional systems.
The partnership between Ross and LMG delivered a flawless keynote and even reshaped LMG’s workflows. What began as a single-event deployment years ago has evolved into permanent integration of Ross Video tech across LMG’s client projects. With upcoming shows already in planning and Ross technology now embedded across LMG’s production infrastructure, both companies are set to raise the bar for live and virtual events.
With Ross continuing to support both LMG’s rental fleet and LMGSI’s integration projects, the partnership is poised for even greater expansion — including upcoming projects exploring Quorum-driven unified communication spaces.
As Borowski puts it, “Ross’s extensive understanding of video ensures the right solution for every project — and their support will always be amazing.”
LMG, as always, did great. Their team went the extra mile to get it just right.
