1. Eligibility
This competition is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Ross Video Ltd., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the competition. The competition is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Ross Video Ltd. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this competition.
3. Competition Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on 00:00 EST, May 13, 2024 and ending 00:00 EST, May 17, 2024. All online entries must be received by the competition deadline of 00:00 EST, May 17, 2024.
4. How to Enter
The competition must be entered by subscribing to Ross Video on YouTube and leaving a comment on the designated competition video posted by Ross Video, including the phrase, “I want socks.” The entry must fulfill all competition requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Ross Video Ltd.
5. Prizes
The Winner(s) of the competition (the “Winner”) will receive a single pair of Ross 50th Anniversary ‘gold’ colored socks. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Ross Video Ltd. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Ross Video Ltd’s discretion.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Ross Video Ltd. Winner will be notified by a reply to their comment within ten (10) days following selection of Winner, and will be asked to contact Ross Video to confirm their prize and provide details needed to ship the prize to them. Ross Video Ltd. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winning comment does not respond within ten (10) days of being notified, the prize will be given to the second-drawn winner.

9. Limitation of Liability
Your entry into this competition constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless Ross Video Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the competition and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the competition; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the competition or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes
THIS COMPETITION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA AND ONTARIO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this competition, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this competition, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ontario having jurisdiction.
