Defining The Starting Flight Point In The HTML5 Client

The XPression Maps Templates used in the XPression MOS Workflow were designed for the artist to define the starting flight point and letting the newsroom user search for the end point. This means that there are several templates for doing a map.
Now, it is possible to allow the Maps HTML5 client (MOS) user to define where they want to have the Map flight start, and better tell their story. It can also reduce the number of Maps templates and reduce some confusion over which templates to use to make a map.
