Carbonite Ultra is a mid-sized production switcher that combines switching, compositing, media playback, signal processing and monitoring in a compact 1RU platform. It supports both HD and UHD production.
In SD/HD, Carbonite Ultra supports up to 24 SDI inputs and 14 outputs, including dedicated MultiViewer outputs. In UHD, it supports 18 inputs and 10 outputs.
Carbonite Ultra supports up to three full MEs and four MiniMEs in HD. In UHD, it supports up to two full MEs and two MiniMEs.
Yes. Carbonite Ultra supports 12G UHD production, including 2160p frame rates from 23.98 through to 60 fps.
