América Televisión is a leading media company and television network based in Lima, Peru, serving as a public broadcaster for the past 60 years.

With the upcoming broadcast of the world’s largest men’s soccer tournament in the fall of 2022, América Televisión aimed to enhance their soccer coverage by incorporating cutting-edge sports graphics, improving the visual appeal, and engaging with fans on a deeper level.

The Challenge

As América Televisión prepared for their largest sports broadcast of the year, they sought to deliver innovative and creative content that would elevate the overall viewer experience.

More specifically, with the proliferation of information available to soccer fans through social media and digital platforms, fans have come to expect access to information during matches in real time. As such, America Television were particularly interested in utilizing a sophisticated sports graphic analysis tool to enhance their storytelling capabilities. This tool would be used for both telestrated replays during matches and in-studio presentations.
