Your video server product will not operate with this software version if the Software Maintenance contract for your product has expired!

If you’re unsure of the Software Maintenance contract status of your machine:

• Note the Ross “Asset Serial Number” from the Ross S/N label abixed to the chassis of your video server product.
• Contact Ross Support with that Asset Serial Number and request the “Software Maintenance contract status for V9 Software Upgrades” to ensure your contract is currently active.
